  It was originally supposed to take place at 09:00 - 12:00, on the 23/3/2017 at Merton Hall,78 Kingston Road, Wimbledon, SW19 1LA - this is no longer correct according to the Merton CCG Website on 10/1/2017 (link below).

  Meetings of the Governing Body must be held in public, except where the CCG believes that it would not be in the public interest because the meeting will contain something of a confidential nature, or for other special reasons laid out in the resolution.

  Agenda and papers for the meeting are posted online at least three days in advance unless there are exceptional circumstances.

  A limited number (of the agenda) are als​o available at the meeting on a first come, first served basis and a copy can be viewed at the CCG office.
