Meetings of the Governing Body must be held in public, except where the CCG believes that it would not be in the public interest because the meeting will contain something of a confidential nature, or for other special reasons laid out in the resolution.
Agenda and papers for the meeting are posted online at least three days in advance unless there are exceptional circumstances.
A limited number (of the agenda) are also available at the meeting on a first come, first served basis and a copy can be viewed at the CCG office.
